Help me come up with a poem please!?

I am trying to come up with a poem for my schools softball team senior. We are having our banquet and i want her to remember me. Her name is Karlie her # is 10 and she plays center field. I also want to include i will miss her and hopes for her to succeed or something like that. Any poem please.
