You should go to a specialized running store and tell all these things to a professional! They will help you find the right shoes to stay safe. Don't trust whatever people on the internet tell you, you need actual help from real people who know a lot about shoes. I go to a store called the Runner's Edge but they don't have very many locations. Try to find any similar store in your area.
