Everything you say is right. Unfortunately, the only ones that will really benefit out of all the changes,(when they are made) will be the middle cl. With the down turn, the middle cl is bound to grow and they are who will get the help. The poor never do. The few poor that do get help become lower middle cl and are not counted with the poor. Those going up about equals those going down so nothing ever helps the poor. The same is true of the wealthy, only difference is, they don't scream about it. The simple fact of any society is there are those on the bottom and there are those on the top. The only thing that has any absolute movement is those in the middle.
