Party at a banquet hall with open bathroom doors?

My friend and I were at this party in a banquet hall. We had too much to drink and we had to go to the bathroom. While we were ping the men's bathroom it's not enough the door was open but the urinals were unprotected and in an angle where you can see their thing-a-lings while they were peeing lol. I don’t know why but we paused for a second and started bursting in laughter and kept walking and laughing. Why would they design the urinals like that and embarr guys?
