What terrible things does Hugo Chavez do?

Technically, he hasn't done anything wrong. The reason he is painted as evil in the media is because of his very vocal dislike for American policies such as displaying it's power throughout the world., i.e. the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, condemning China for it's workers policies and the policies towards Tibet, etc. Oh yeah, and every once in a while, he threatens to cut petroleum supply to the US which is obviously seen as hostile.
