okay im eating really healthy i'm 18 i eiht 188 and im 5'6 and im on the atkins diet i ate and omelet for breakfast then i have the same for lunch i had 3 pieces of turkey bacon onions and 1 slice of cheese but its 5:00 now and my calories for today only add up to 400 and i calculated my future meals for today it'll be 600 more because its chicken and salads but its Allot i eat to the Point were im full i drink loads of water also so is my bod in starvation mode because im not losing any more weight! actual i gained
