Do random women expect men to do Stuff for them??? Like open doors and carry stuff?

LIke if a girl is not my friend or GF, do random women still expect you to hold doors open for them, help them with heavy stuff, or walk them to the car with when its raining? I don't see the point, women are not helpless right? And the way women are nowadays with all the feminist and promiscuous behavior do they deserve men to go out of their way for them?
