My boyfriend dumped me because he wasn't attracted to me? How to heal the heartache & restore lost confidence?

I'm 5'5 I wear a size 18. He said he was no longer attracted to me. And that he is more attracted to his baby moma. He and I separated before and he went back to her. Altho This has shaken my confidence up a little why would he introduce me to his whole family, say he love me one day and the next I'm not attracted to you. He said I was perfect but he wasn't physically attracted to my and if he'd stay with me he'd cheat. Then I told him because he isn't situated in life that i too must leave. I'm 21 I have no kids, I have my own place,my own car in college and I already have a 28k per year job. He's 25 no car, lives with relatives and has 2 kids no job. I was hurt so I mentioned that. I kinda feel bad now because I know i really hurt him the way he hurt me and altho he cut me deep, I'd neva do the same to him. I wanna feel better about losing him and about myself. He hurt me deep. How do I let go of him and love myself again?
