What to do with the chewing?

okay my 10 month old pit bull girl dog was a hit at the local park sat there was a dog day there , well today she chewed her way out her metal crate we were gone for about 5 hours shes such a chewer with heavy jaws i have every Kong's toys Kong's sack toy that i put in the freezer to chew on while were gone my children run her and walk her all the time and plenty of attention and love but tonight she chewed the kennel door a part and got out chewed on the front door she chewed are interior in my and husbands car back house siding, and our back screen door what can we do she went to the vet for skin rash and its dementia's something like that she always pick and licks her private area down there and the doctor gave her a steroid shot and antibiotics im wondering if female dogs can get yeast infections like woman can from antibiotics?i asked the doctor for a lite tranquilizer but he said the roxy my dogs name was to young i know she has separation anxiety, maybe i should get a hold of Cesar the dog whisper guy. my husband wants to give roxy the boot but my children and i love her so much we tried chaining her out but the neighbors were horrified at the way she carried on they said that she screamed the whole time we were gone and that they couldn't hear there tv , im thinking about getting her a mussel for her mouth well were gone and that would be the only time for her chewing and barking whats your opion on these problems someone help us before roxy gets kicked out from hubby.
